Reed Catlin joined the CLLC as the head coach of the U7 boys team in March of 2014 and took over as the Executive Director in October of 2014.
Reed received a B.A. in Electrical Engineering in 2003 from the University of Virginia, and an MBA in 2011 from Babson College. He has previously worked with the U.S. Navy, Booz Allen Hamilton, and several private companies.
Originally from Hingham, MA, Reed started playing lacrosse at age 11, played 3 years of varsity at Hingham High School, and went on to play on the UVA club team.
Reed moved to Charlestown in early 2013 with his wife Laura and looks forward to working closely with the community to build on the organization's successful heritage and find new and innovative ways to execute its important mission.

Calan "Cal" Cahill became the Assistant Director of the CLLC in the Fall of 2019.Having come through the program as a child/ adolescent, and dedicating his life to non-profit organizations the decision to return to the CLLC was an easy one.
Cal has been actively involved in the Charlestown community throughout his personal and professional life. Growing up a Student-Athlete in Charlestown, Cal played Lacrosse, Baseball, Basketball, and Football. Attending local public schools, such as The Harvard- Kent, Warren Prescott, and Boston Latin School, Cal was able to gain a deeper understanding of the complex dynamic of Charlestown and its various educational pathways.
Following his parents’ example of community service, Cal has worked exclusively for non-profit organizations, doing so for the past 11 years. Cal’s past non-profit experience includes; Boston Centers for Youth & Families, The Boys and Girls Club of Charlestown, Charlestown Little League, The Red Sox Foundation, Charlestown Pop Warner, Charlestown High School Athletics, Friends of Boston Latin Lacrosse, The Jr. Celtics, and the Charlestown Lacrosse and Learning Center.
Having interacted with Charlestown Lacrosse and Learning Center in a variety of functions over the years, as a lacrosse player, volunteer, youth employee, mentor, mentee, tutor, and Tutee. Cal is excited to be back as a Coach and hopes to continue to improve the day-to-day services the Learning Center provides.
